During the ongoing evolution of energy systems toward increasingly flexible, resilient, and digitalized distribution systems, many issues need to be developed. In general, a holistic multi-level systemic view is required on future enabling technologies, control management methods, operation planning principles, regulation as well market business models. Increasing integration intermittent renewable generation electric vehicles, industry electrification during evolution, requires huge amount flexibility services at multiple time scales from different voltage levels, resources, sectors. Active use network-connected flexible resources for provision through new marketplaces will also needed. Therefore, increased collaboration between system operators in power become essential evolution. addition, integrated cyber-secure, cost-efficient, advanced communication technologies solutions key importance. This paper describes potential three-stage path fully electricity networks.
